Wills

What is a Will: Your Will is a legal document that confirms your wishes as to how your property/properties/ estate is to be distributed? Wills are one of those things people do think about but will repeatedly put off taking action to or even having the discussion to decide what happens to us and our affairs when we die. However, these decisions can be some of the most important ones in your life.

Creating a Will means you are protecting your legacy, your loved ones, and your assets. With our help, your affairs can be taken care of, and your money and possessions go where you want them to go.

Without a valid Will in place the law of intestacy applies: This means the state can decide, for example, who will look after your children if they are under eighteen years of age or registered disabled, who will administer your estate, who will inherit your wealth, and they may not do this in the most tax efficient way. Ask yourself this - do you really want to leave that decision to someone else and to charge you a fee for doing so?
